Instead, they tracked down the exact vehicle I wanted over 200 miles away and seamlessly worked out a dealer trade to bring it home for me.Our sales guy, Keith, was phenomenal. There was zero high-pressure sales talk—he just listened to what I wanted and did his absolute best to make it happen. On top of that, their communication throughout the entire trade and purchase process was exceptional. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Camron Donaldson was my service agent and was very professional. He didn't give me any special treatment because I am his Auntie. He kept it professional and treated me like a valued customer. The driver that brought me home and picked me up was very kind and professional. Always get my oil change here, service is 10/10 every time. They fill me in on what needs immediate attention and what doesn’t for my vehicle. Shout out to Camron for being my service advisor!

Vernell was outstanding !!!!! Great customer service. Answered all of our questions and concerns. He was very attentive to our needs. Nissan is the place to go if you’re buying a new vehicle or trading in an old vehicle.

I brought my Murano in for service and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Still 5 Stars I Took my car in for periodic service and once again awesome service and excellent communication with the assigned service advisor, Daniel. I had lots of questions and he answered every one of them thoroughly allowing me to leave with peace of mind. Always a pleasure visiting Valdosta Nissan for service once you get past the initial "can I put you in a new car today?" when you walk through their front doors. Whenever I've waited on my my car being serviced the front showroom is always sparkling clean, well lit and with very decent music piping through the speaker system. One of their sales guys brought me a cold water which I truly appreciated. This last visit was unexpected with a tow involved. They fit my car into their work flow so no complaints. The service advisor, Varnel (I think) gave me updates throughout the afternoon and addressed all of my concerns.

I have now bought 2 Nissan’s from Valdosta Nissan, Nikki was great and I highly recommend her for your buying needs.
