Check in with services was great, service advisor was great, my only suggestion would be for the mechanic to not adjust seat, mirror and music system.

TKO Nissan's service department is absolutely top-notch! On my way to work this morning, I noticed that something didn't feel right with my passenger-side tire. I stopped to inspect it, but everything appeared normal. Concerned that it might be a more serious issue, I waited for the dealership to open and called the service department as soon as they did. Without hesitation, they told me to bring my vehicle in. I explained that I was already at work and didn't have anyone available to help with transportation. The young man on the phone responded, "We've got you—you can call us." True to his word, I dropped off my car, and one of their employees drove me back to work. The service team kept me informed throughout the process, calling to explain the issue, provide the repair cost, and make sure I approved the work before proceeding. They also discovered an open recall on my vehicle and took care of it while it was there. On top of that, they completed a 7-point inspection to ensure everything else was in proper working order. As a widow and a mother who has lost a son, I don't always have someone to call when I need help. The team at TKO Nissan stepped in when I needed them most. They fixed my car, treated me with kindness and respect, and made me feel like I truly mattered as a customer. When it's time for me to upgrade my vehicle, I already know where I'll be going.
