We wanted to thank Marcie Eakins for her wonderful sales representation. She not only helped us find our perfect vehicle, but she was also very helpful and answered any questions we might have had about what we were looking for. She really went above and beyond, going the extra mile to ensure my husband and I were satisfied with the vehicles she showed us. We couldn't ask for a better sales team leader in any dealership that we've experienced in years of purchasing vehicles. She is by far the best; she was outstanding. She not only found the vehicle we wanted, but she also stayed late. They were still working on figuring out our credit application, so we went home and came back later. She didn't leave that night until after 10:30 or 11 p.m. to get us into this vehicle. The next day, I had to go to pick up the second key and learn how to operate the vehicle and get loaded up in the app. I was feeling pretty bad because I have seizures and severe hypoglycemia, which causes really low blood sugar at times. When I went into her office, she immediately could tell I was feeling bad and offered me pizza, saying 'Christy, I bought pizza for lunch, I've eaten my slice, and I've got extra, would you like to eat this?' Her kindness and caring nature, in addition to her wonderful customer service, made her truly deserving of recognition. My husband and I are both very grateful to Miss Marcie for everything she's done for us. We absolutely love our new 2026 Nissan frontier!!!!😍😍😍😍😍

I had unexpected repair and took my car without an appointment to Nissan. JD Davis was pleasant and took care of my concerns and rolling in no time.

I was looking for a specific color for my Nissan Rogue. They didn't have it but another dealership did they had it transferred over the same day and streamlined the whole process, throwing in a lot of perks as part of the package. Ask for Veronica she'll take care of ya!

I can’t say enough about the parts manager and the service department. I needed 4 new tires and assumed I’d be without my suv the weekend. We spoke at noon on Friday, my tires were delivered by 330. I brought my suv to them at 4 and they immediately started working on it. I received a text before 9 the next day that it was completed and ready to go! Talk about service! I’ve always used Hyundai for my service needs as I drive a Palisade, but between the customer service provided by David the parts manager, JD my service advisor, and the tech, I’ll be bringing my vehicle here from now own.

JD was my service provider. He was very knowledgeable. He was honest and knew how to communicate with me while I was in a very frustrating situation being out of town and was in panic mode. The lady who completed my sales was also calming while I was in serious panic made. What a great team you have. This was a Saturday morning and making time to get me back on the road was a awesome experience.

Every member of the Nissan staff treated me with the upmost of kindness and respect from check in to check out. I was treated kindly by a woman in the adjacent building directing me to the correct bay to pull into for the recall service that I was there for. My issues were taken care of immediately and I will definitely return there once I need scheduled maintenance. I will definitely give the team a 10 out of 10.

Went to Valdosta Nissan and bought a new Nissan kicks. Marcie was very easy to work with. Very professional did not pressure to make a sale. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. Go see Marcie she will treat you right.

Service desk was nice ad professional. Oil change and tire rotation only took 30 minutes.
