Great Service and Great Staff! It was my first visit last month for my older 2006 nissan and they took care of it. Plus they told me the minor issues with it to get it to 100%.

We just bought a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe here, walked away with a really good car for a great price, and got a fantastic deal overall! Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly. The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 come down to the appointment handoff and a couple of facility maintenance issues: We had a scheduled 11:30 AM appointment with Glenn, after inquiring online someone called to set an appointment. Glenn was busy with another client and had another waiting after that, which is totally understandable. However, no one took the initiative to communicate that to us, we ended up waiting about 45 minutes when I approached Ton and asked him about helping us. It would have been great if someone had simply stepped up and said, "Hey, Glenn is tied up right now, would it be okay if another salesperson took care of you instead?" rather than just leaving us in limbo. The showroom AC definitely needs to be adjusted, I know theirs tons of glass open to the outside. The employees were visibly sweating while working in the warm indoor temps, which isn't great for them or the customers sitting there for hours. Also, the sink in the bathroom had water running that couldn't be shut off, I let a couple employees know and they said they would let management know. Overall, a great team and an excellent deal on a car! Fix the showroom temperature and front-desk communication, and it’s a flawless 5-star experience. If you are looking for a vehicle I'd reccomend you stop by. If they don't have what you are looking for I'd be willing to bet they will try to find it for you.

They were diligently to ensure that all avenues were explored when it came to myself and my mother purchasing a new vehicle! it was my first experience buying a car and everyone there made me feel so welcomed and definitely helped my hard work come to light with helping me find the perfect car! biggest thanks to Marci!!

Service writers are friendly. With service appointments, they are on time and fairly quick. HOWEVER, I was told yesterday that I needed a cabin air filter, a filter that had been changed two weeks ago. That is a $95 service, which would have been a total ripoff. Crazy thing is the filter was bought from their parts department so probably showed up in my records. Makes you wonder what else you can’t trust.

This was not just poor service — it involved deceptive practices, price manipulation, and a major safety oversight. Until this is addressed, I strongly advise others to stay away.

I winter last week to speak with Amber concerning my Vin number. She had already taken care of it and I had some issues with my Nissan Amada. She sent me to the service department and JD took care of every situation. I had great service great hospitality All the staff is very helpful, yes I would recommend. Well first of all service department needs to make some changes somewhere! Melita and Nikki were so awesome to work with! They made my trade-in experience enjoyable and fun! They also worked with my budget and took their time answering any questions or concerns. BJ also helped us a bunch, and he informed us on every detail of the car we were purchasing. The team that helped us was overall so awesome, and I felt well taken care of!

My vehicle needed it’s 1st service and I am glad I chose a Nissan.

This is the third car we've purchased from TKO (and what it was before and after). My Kicks we bought brand new in 2019 and traded it in for my brand new '23 Armada. The first vehicle we purchased was an '04 Frontier that we got in '09. I'll never buy from anyone else. Donna and the staff in the parts and service department are always friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. I love them!!!

Valdosta Nissan offered great customer service. Kenny is polite, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond for his customers. Mr. B.J., goes over and beyond to make the customer feel welcome to the Nissan Family.

I went looking for a car and I met with Kenny being that I heard about him through my best friend who recently got a car through him as well. I took my vehicle in for a recall service repair and I was satisfied with the time it took to perform the service.

It was great! Pretty fast! There Communication is on point! And they have shuttle options when your in need to go somewhere else while waiting

Check in process was seamless. Advisor William Arnold called and informed me of any additional services needed and recommended to have prior approval. Once finished and I arrived to pick up my vehicle the checkout process was seamless also. Thanks to William and Mrs. Donna for their help!

I would not trust the used car manager nor the finance manager. I had seen this listed for the below Silverado at their location. I got a call from Ms Nicky regarding my inquiry. I called her on Friday morning 03/15/2024 @ 10:30 AM. I stated to her because of the price listed on the website that it was $27650.00. I stated to Ms Nickey, would you take $26500 out the door tags, title, and taxes included. I also stated I was pre-qualified for financing at a certain percentage. She stated I will call you back, within 20 mins I received a call back stating that they would do the $26500 out the door and I reiterated that was tag, title, taxes, and doc fees. She stated that was correct. I drove from Bainbridge to Valdosta and was there at 4:00 PM. I was working with a different sales person since Ms Nicky was not available. After the test drive, the gentleman grab the folder. I stated I worked it out for $26500.00 out the door and he stated that is what was listed on the folder and Ms Nicky and another manager signed off on it. However, when it went over to finance, the gentleman came over and stated the car is worth $29761.00, with Taxes came to $32,361.00 and with down payment came to $26651.00. Also they didn't use my Pre-Qualified terms and percentage rate they ran with their own lenders. They charged a higher tax rate than the Ford Dealership and their doc fees were higher. They stated they didn't know what the price was and I stated I had brought all of the information along with my Pre-Qualified Approval and they still would not honor my price that I had. The Used Car Manager stated I put the price on there but it was not $27761. It was on there for $29761. I stated no to look at the printed pages I brought with. They were not going to honor the price and they stated well you get the 3 year 36000 mile warranty. I was like no one asked me if I wanted it, they just assumed and added it into the price. They didn't ask me if I wanted free oil changes for life, they assumed I wanted it. I live in Bainbridge and that would not benefit me and I do my own oil changes. This was a total scam they pulled here and I would not trust the Finance Manager nor the Used Car Manager as far as I could throw them as they a liar and scammers. I am not doing this to get the business of the truck, I am putting this out there as a caution to everyone that they will scam you. They can keep the truck because that truck is not worth that type of money.

Everything was done just fine. Once I picked up my vehicle I went to Charlotte, NC. When I got there my girlfriend Amy said, "What happened to your hub caps". They were all missing. Apparently, the technician that rotated my tires forgot to put them back on the vehicle. Hopefully, they are still at the dealership and I can get them back. I'll be in North Carolina until Monday afternoon around 3 pm. Any chance I can get them back?

My husband took me to get a car, but we ended up both getting cars! 10 out of 10 I recommend! Everyone we delt with was amazing for sure! They didn't let me leave until showing me all the fancy features! They definitely did not assume that we couldn't afford something based off our looks like we've had happen at other places. It didn't take too long for the entire process either. Would give 10 stars if I could!

An enjoyable experience. Sales person Joe very personable. Ms Wilson very professional. Mr. Davis very informative and took his time explaining all the features of our new Nissan Frontier Prox. This is our second Nissan Frontier from Valdost Nissan, we are very happy with the service of our vehicle.

September 8 start off as a ruff day but the way I walked in to Valdosta Nissan is most definitely not how I walked out. My car buying experience was nothing less than amazing. Mr Kennth Wright-Gross didn’t treat me like just a customer he treated me like family. Going the extra mile to insure me and my baby was nothing less the comfortable. We decided to give Valdosta Nissan a third chance due to a complete change in management and staff. However, it turned out to be a joke—a shady business. The vehicles had incorrect window stickers, leading to inaccurate prices. The salesman insisted on test drives but refused to disclose prices. Our credit was unnecessarily checked over twelve times in one week. They kept us at the dealership for a whole day, only to mention the owner's connections in the bank. They attempted to push us into the most expensive truck, negatively impacting our credit scores. Another dealer advised us to lock our credit accounts due to excessive inquiries. To add to the absurdity, the new sales manager, Chuck, suggested we stop paying on our Nissan vehicle and let it get repossessed, sharing his own credit history. Despite attempts to rectify the situation, we've decided never to return. I'll caution others against this place indefinitely. This place is and has ALWAYS been shady. I think even with new management it’s WORSE. I’ve never been to a dealership that accidentally puts a Nissan Rogue window sticker on a Nissan Frontier. Then to try to pass it off by saying “oh we have new staff mistakes are made”. No, this is MONEY and CREDIT this isn’t something that you “accidentally” do. YOU ALL KNOW what YOU’RE DOING. I don’t care how many sets of veneers are walking around up there. Or if you as a sales manager allowed your vehicle to get repossessed and were still able to buy a new vehicle it doesn’t matter. That’s not how you conduct business. Don’t do business with this place. Save yourself the time, money, terrible advice, and headache. I’m so done with these people that I don’t even care for the “free” oil changes (which if you read your contract totals to about $5k in an extra charge for this LOL). I felt immediately welcomed and understood when I walked in and was greeted by Jojo. His warm spirit and personable nature put me at ease and made me choose Valdosta Nissan over others. Businesses have gotten away from the importance of "service," after COVID, but Jojo goes above and beyond. He exemplifies it. I will be back to do business with Jojo.
